The piece has been crafted from yellow gold and contains a central oval shaped 'Australian type' blue sapphire weighing 0.85 carat, surrounded by baguette cut diamonds. The diamond surround comprises of 36 baguette cut, F colour and VS clarity stones totalling 2.15 carat. The diamonds are channel set around the sapphire allowing them appear uninterrupted and continuous. This ring whilst not containing overly large stones certainly has a fine look when on the hand and sparkles brightly.
