This 18 karat gold 'cable link' chain was made by Greek jeweller, Ilias Lalaounis. The hefty gold chain has been beautifully made from solid 18 karat gold and has markings for the famed Greek goldsmith. Ilias Lalaounis comes from Greek jewellery 'royalty' with his family being the 'Zolotas' jewellery family whom Lalaounis started his career with. The piece features a tongue and barrel box clasp with figure of 8 catch which is working well. A beautiful chain to wear alone or perhaps with an antique locket attached.
