A fine platinum, diamond and opal cocktail ring in a halo style setting. The central cabochon opal doublet is 'Lightning Ridge' in origin and is classified as 'dark grey with small patterned flash of orange yellow blue green' and has some evidence of slight dehydration cracks. The opal is four claw set and surrounded by 12 round brilliant cut diamonds that are each of G/H colour and SI clarity and total 1.45 carat. This rather lovely halo style ring is beautifully made and features quality stones which creates a fine piece.
