A very beautiful Victorian brooch pendant crafted from gold and silver, set with a natural pearl and diamonds. The brooch section of the piece contains 6 old European cut diamonds and is further accented with 6 old mine cut and 6 rose cut diamonds. Each of these stones is calculated to be of G/H colour and VS clarity to P1 clarity totalling 1.15 carat. To the centre of the pendant/brooch hangs one natural pearl classified as being of 'white hue, moderately blemished with 2 flattened sections of nacre' and has an accompanying laboratory report. The hinged pin to the rear of the brooch is curved to fit the piece and is secured with a hinged clip fitting. To each side of the brooch is a small hook allowing the fine 18 karat white gold chain to be slid on to enable the brooch to be worn as a necklace. The chain terminates with a bolt ring clasp which is working and secure. A really beautiful piece of versatile English Victorian era jewellery which features a rare and desirable natural pearl.
