A fine 18th century mahogany 'bachelor's' chest crafted from mahogany. This fine piece dates to the reign of George III, circa 1770-1775, and is made in the English Chippendale taste. It features four graduated drawers on bracket feet with a pull out 'brushing slide' to the top, along with elaborate brass drawer pulls. An extremely useful chest which could work in a bedroom or even in a lounge room to place a television atop of.
