This Edwardian-era aquamarine and diamond ring has been crafted from 18 karat yellow gold. The central oval cut aquamarine measures 3.50 carat and is surrounded by a halo of 20 rose cut diamonds of I/J colour and SI/P1 clarity totalling 0.60 carat. The diamonds and aquamarine are set in white gold while the shank and underside of the ring is crafted from yellow gold. Completely handmade perhaps the most beautiful details in this ring is the hand pierced basket setting holding the central stone. The ring which dates to circa 1910 is unmarked but is likely English in origin and is in beautiful condition for something over 100 years of age.
