A very fine 14kt yellow gold, pearl and diamond lavalier necklace from the Victorian period. The pendant contains a central 0.10ct diamond, a group of seed pearls and one Mississippi pearl. The piece is crafted in 14kt yellow gold indicating it was most likely made in the United States toward the end of the 19th century. This pendant would have been very likely given as a love token.
The pendant hangs from a relatively modern chain.
