Description

This wonderful gilt crystal liqueur decanter is in the 'Cannelures Louis XVI' pattern by French maker Baccarat. The short bulbous decanter has a finger ring to the side and a matched gilt faceted stopper. The Cannelures Louis XVI pattern appears in the Baccarat 'Catalogue des Arts de la Table' from 1916 however the pattern first appears in the late 19th Century and could be described as 'Belle Epoque' in appearance. In lovely condition this decanter is one of two we have available and could be used for spirits or even maple syrup for the breakfast table!
