This knockout bracelet which dates to the 1960s was retailed by Miami based jeweller David R. Balogh and has been crafted from platinum, diamonds and cultured pearls. The bracelet has a central plaque that features a cluster of diamonds and pearls, the diamonds of various cuts including semi-modern round brilliant, triangle step, round brilliant and single cut. From each side of this central plaque stem four strands of cultured akoya pearls with platinum and diamond separators between each. The piece finishes with a diamond set sliding box/snap clasp which is working well and is secure. Each of the diamonds in this bracelet are of G/H colour and VS to SI clarity and together have a combined weight of 6.30 carat. The bracelet retains its original retailing box for David R. Balogh who was a Miami based jeweller known for celebrity clientele such as Frank Sinatra and the Shah of Iran. It's not often we come across a cocktail bracelet quite as beautiful as this piece.
