An Art Deco, crystal glass vase by Royal Brierley of England. The glass has been formed with wide ribs creating an optical effect similar to rippling water. Another ingenious use of the glass is the inclusion of graduating bubbles within the glass terminating in a finely copper wheel-etched fish. The final piece ties all three techniques together to great effect while still maintaining a sense of subtlety. While the piece is not signed by a specific artist, this piece is reminiscent of some of the collaborations between Royal Brierley and Keith Murray.
