An ornately carved Victorian slipper chair with red velvet damask upholstery. The seat back is carved with floral elements, complemented by the flower carved into the apron which is flanked by cabriole legs with scroll feet.
Provenance: Purchased (by The Guild) from the estate of Glenn Miller's daughter, Jonnie Miller. Glen Miller was an American big band conductor, arranger, composer, trombone player, and recording artist known for songs such as "In The Mood".
