An ornately carved Victorian slipper chair with red velvet damask upholstery. The carved back features a heron reaching for some grapes and the seat is supported by S-scroll and saber legs.
Provenance: Purchased (by The Antique Guild) from the estate of Glenn Miller's daughter, Jonnie Miller. Glen Miller was an American big band conductor, arranger, composer, trombone player, and recording artist known for songs such as "In The Mood".
