Woven 14kt Gold Bracelet With Diamonds

This beautifully crafted bracelet has been made from 14 karat yellow gold and is set with diamonds. The piece is woven in the style of French goldsmith, Georges L'Enfant, and whilst unsigned, is almost certainly inspired by his work. The woven gold design has been set with 11 round brilliant cut diamonds which have been four claw set and sparkle beautifully against the buttery gold. The bracelet terminates with a tongue and box clasp with a figure of 8 safety clasp, and in general is in very good condition for its age. The piece is signed for an unknown maker 'BM' and was very likely crafted in the United States during the 1960s. A beautiful bracelet which can be worn alone, or paired with other pieces of cocktail jewellery.
