A set of eight high-quality Georgian Revival chairs in walnut with needlepoint seats. The chairs feature a shape and style characteristic of a George I chair with carved cabriole legs ending in hooved feet on pads, a carved knee hipped into the rail, and a scrolled splat. This set although not original to the period is well constructed and has been created with details not present in lower quality genuine George I chairs of this style.
