Early 20th Century Carved Chinese Jade Lidded Vase

A finely carved, lidded jade vase with a figure of a Phoenix. The vase features elaborate carving and a removable lid with a finial of a Phoenix. The whole piece is crafted from pale celadon green nephrite jade with russet colour inclusions.

Measures - 14cm L x 6cm W x 14cm H

Condition - Excellent Condition. Two very small losses to the lid area (pictured).  The vein of discolouration on one side of the vase seems to be the natural state of the stone and is not a crack or break - the decorative carving in this area does not appear to be interrupted.
