Description
A nice quality pair of cropped miniature portraits likely on ivory, in later frames. It is possible that the cropped miniatures themselves have been converted from an earlier piece of jewellery. Both portraits are octagonal cut slithers of ivory which have been mounted on velvet and framed likely at some point in the 19th century.
Each measuring 9cm in width and 11cm in height
