A beautiful 14 karat yellow gold necklace with attached pendant in the style of a 'lavalier'. The main 'pendant' of the necklace is in the typical Art Nouveau stylised floral motifs and swirls and has been set with natural cultured seed pearls. There is a single articulated drop to the bottom of the pendant which contains a brilliant cut peridot, very fashionable in Art Nouveau jewellery. The pendant is hung from a fine yellow gold cable chain which is finished with a parrots beak clasp which is working well and is secure. Beautifully preserved, this piece of Art Nouveau jewellery is so delicate and fine it's hard not to fall in love with it.
