This sapphire is surrounded by a halo of round brilliant cut diamonds which continue down the shoulders of the shank slightly and are each of G/H colour and SI-I1 clarity totalling 0.53 carat. The elegant way the diamonds have been graduated in a fan shape down the shoulders undoubtedly references jewellery of the Art Deco period.
