Favrile is a type of art glass developed by Louis Comfort Tiffany, characterised by its iridescent surface and the depth of colour achieved by incorporating metallic oxides into the glass itself during production rather than applying surface treatments. The result is a quality of colour and light that has not been successfully replicated. Authentic Favrile glass has a warmth and luminosity that distinguishes it immediately from reproductions.

The collection spans Tiffany Studios glass, jewellery and silver — pieces drawn from across the firm's remarkable history from the late 19th century through to 1933.
